Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and sealed products:

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer preference

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

✔ Item arrives damaged
✔ Incorrect item received

How to Request:

Provide order number and clear photos/videos of the issue

Requests submitted after 3 days may not be eligible

4. Approval Process

All refund or replacement requests are subject to review

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims based on evidence provided

Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Items damaged after delivery

Items without original packaging

Incorrect address provided by customer is not eligible for refund
