Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer preference

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept refund or replacement fully ONLY if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item received is different from what was ordered

How to Request:
- Contact us within **3 days of confirmed delivery**
- Provide order number and **clear photos/videos**

4. Review & Approval
- All claims are reviewed within **5 business days**
- Approved replacements are sent free
- Approved refunds paid to original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds take **5–10 business days** after approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used
- Missing original packaging
- Damaged after delivery

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
